What is a pure function and how do we know if something is a pure function?

answer- it is deterministic and returns the same result if given the same arguments. it does not cause side effects.

What are the benefits of a pure function?

answer- it is easier to test and is immutable.

What is immutability?

answer- It can not be changed and does not change over time.

What is Referential transparency?

answer- a function that always yields the same result for the same input.
