answer- The amount of personal home computers started rising quickly.
Why does it matter that males had been playing on computers growing up?
answer- When Females tried entering jobs or classes that were computer use heavy, it was assumed that they already knew a lot about computers like their male counterparts who had grown up playing with computers.

answer- when the efforts are driven by meaningful commitment from the leaders of the company.
- Why do diverse companies perform better?
answer- with different cultures and backgrounds, a company full of diversity can pull new ideas and creative solutions from those differences and there is less of a chance of groupthink.
- Give an example of how a diverse company can serve a diverse user base or vise-versa.
answer- A diverse group is going to be thinking about a diverse deployment of a product rather than a deployment that might only be helpful to one group of people.
